Hell yeah they are. No homo andrew got a perfect physique. Use to wanna get to phil heaths size but I felt like shit at around 265lbs. I got hurt and have been out for about 2 years. I'm barely getting back into bodybuilding mode and to keep it real andrew is the goal in mind as of right now. He's complete af. He's not ridiculously big as far as in the bodybuilding world but to the average joe He's fuckin out this world. Regardless bro is jacked af and can still move around like a light weight. Andrew doing 20 pullups at that bodyweight bro. I can do 20 but I weigh 100 lb less than Andrew. If I put 100 lb on me with a dip belt I can maybe get 4-5. This guy is not only strong but his bodyweight control is amazing.

He is much smaller than andrew and he is pulling the same amount of weight while pushing and challenging andrew and I know that difficult because andrew is crazy strong and alot of bodybuilders who collab with him cant keep up at all

Should never measure a man's strength and power with size alone. Example: heavier weight/lower reps can get you size, strength and power...lighter weight/higher reps gets you the same but not as much size/power due to the lack of fiber activation, but typically faster in overall speed...Also other variables to consider but you should get the point...
