first time ever seeing the exercise at the 2.50 mark, i just did it with no weight as i saw charles explain it and omg what great mind muscle connection io get from it. definitely adding this
He's totally correct with his advice in the 1st exercise: to fullt contract the lat, and get the bottom part activated fully, you need shoulder depression. Pulling the DB too high in a row shrugs the shoulder upwards and back, preventing that full lat contraction (but making it a great traps/ upper back exercise is that's what you're after).
Charles, all due respect......All the excellent work you have done and all of the people you have made champions and with championship body frames, you should be a millionaire and should be able to passed down wealth to your generation..... Its never to late and I am happy to see you are getting rewarded for all that you have given to the bodybuilding sport. Also, you need a trustworthy second, someone who you can pass all of your knowledge too, so the GOB can continue to live on when you officially retire. You need an agent or someone that knows how to bring you huge contracts for speaking and doing workshops and who knows your worth.....So, you should be getting 200,000 per international/national speaking conference/workshop....... You need to find that one person you can train, so you can pass your knowledge down to them...so they can be with you every day in your training session, doing all of the hard labor while to just focus on teaching.....You don't need to be lifting all of those heavy weights.... ....just a small point, those who took this exercise into their program like I did, make sure you try different heights for your ''lean point'', it varies depending on your height and/or upper torso length. Wonderfull exercise. Thank you once again Mr. Glass for the guidance, best wishes sir. !

I have to say, thank you for creating this content!! Watching your Channel has really helped me with isolating muscle groups and building a mind muscle connection. Your dedication to proper form and intent critique is really something to behold.
MMC is overlooked by many yet crucial, it is in my opinion a form of meditation where you have to be fully present to make it works. Once you understood that gains will follow, if you don't feel it works it's probably because it's not working quite as it should. Mind muscle connexion is nothing new but no one seems to understand how crucial it is. Metacognition is where every gains, in every domains, lies.
I was getting hype of the knowledge and the music. Knowledge > music. The punchline is this is the same playlist I listened to in my New hype playlist about a year ago. I wish gyms had playlists like that.
