I swear the way this trailer was made seemed like a trailer to a series finale for some epic show that I wish existed

Whoever puts together CA's trailers just doesn't get enough credit, they're always phenomenal. The music, the shots simultaneously showing off units while looking cool, dramatic hype building voiceovers, they do it right. All in game too.

Elves called "pointy ears", by goblins who have pointy ears.

Me: I wont buy this unless they add Snotling Pumpwagons Total war: Here are three different varieties, one of which briefly fly's Me: This has been a humbling experience and I thank you.

Calling the new dlc 'The Warden & the Paunch' seems a bit unimaginative, but considering that the other option was 'The Fat and the Furious' . . . I suppose I can't blame them.

Honestly had to do a double take at the size of that absolute unit's belly. Not sure the Elves actually have a spear long enough to get through all the fat.

Man is this such a mad game. Dinosaurs vs laser-eye egyptian statues vs vampire pirates vs LotR batman elves vs mad max goblin chariots and golems. Thank you, Creative Assembly. Thank you for bringing Warhammer to life.

IMMORTAN GROM, Ride Shiny and Green! RED...GOES....FASTA

For the unaware, Goblins usually have a natural fear of Elves, but Grom's success in invading Ulthuan helped his Gobbos overcome this instinctive terror Elves inspire in them. Goblins revere Grom almost like a diety, and when a Goblin laughs at the Warden of Tor Yrvesse himself through the bar while being threatened should tell you just how much the little bastards love Grom, and that he knows Eltharion is gonna get dicked over by the Green TIde sooner or later.

When's CA gonna add the music from these incredible trailers to the game? It's a crime that these are so bombastic and not featured in the battles.

Grom is the peak of Goblinhood and we should all hope to have so much mass to cultivate one day. Who needs to invade Ulthuan when you can JUMP onto Ulthuan and capsize it.

Love how Stormwing drops to the ground and opens the wings like a cape being swept back. So cool!

When I was a kid I remember Eltharion as the White Sword of Hoeth, blinded by Malekith and set back to Ulthuan in shame. He trained in Hoeth and turned into a Daredevil with a sword king of guy, full of hate and need of revenge. I now that was retconned in 8th edition, but part of me hopes that we get to see The White Sword in TWH. And then there's my boy Grom, one of those legendary (as in part of myth) characters from the Greenskins, my Warhammer army when I was a child. I always thought that he survived his battle with Eltharion, and that he would eventually return, I even created some background scenarios to play with my brother and friends about it, but never had the chance to do it. Now CA has given me the opportunity to return to the good ol' days and get that story done. As a fan of GW and WHF since I was a 8 years old child (more than 20 years ago), I want to thank CA for the magnificent job they are doing with this game and the respect they show to it, its classic background (Hell, they even rescue armies from White Dwarf articles, like the Vampire Coast), and the fans. After this, all I have to say is SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!

Lion Chariots AND seperate War Lions was all I ever wanted from this! Now, with the proper mods, I can finally do a Chrace campaign justice. TIME FOR THE CATS TO PLAY!

Lore Fact: Grom the Paunch was the most powerful Goblin ever, and one of the most powerful greenskin warbosses. His WAAAGH! tore through the mountain dwarves, nearly completely destroyed The Empire, then sacked Tor Yvresse and nearly sunk all of Ulthuan and unleashed the Vortex entirely. And he still never died, just vanished. This single goblin was responsible for all of that.

No matter how many times I watch this, I thinks this is BY FAR the best Total War trailer ever made. The music, the cinematic... Considering that's based on Mad Max: Fury Road, it's just gorgeous!

I always wanted Grom to come back, but I never knew I also wanted him to be Immortan Joe at the same time. Thank you CA for fulfilling a wish I didn't know I had till the moment I saw it fulfilled. Now give us Araby, with some sexy bellydancer mages pls.

Leave it to the universe that invented Grim Dark. Sure as hell inspired me. "A storm comes to Ulthan... it is my duty, OUR duty to enDURE! STAND with me! For as long as I still live, Tor Yvresse will never fall." Side note: switch Ulthuan and Tor Yvresse out for whatever you want and you've got the makings of something fantastically applicable to current events...

Legitimately one of the best cinematics I've seen so far this year for a DLC. Well choreographed, music was on point, and the cinematic portrayed information about the whole story between these two factions to the viewer who may or may not even be a huge Warhammer fan in just two minutes, which is very hard to do well. I only got interested in Warhammer at all after playing Total War: Warhammer I and I feel like with such a rich world I discover a new part of it with every new DLC lord pack. Collectively I now have over 4,300 hours between Warhammer I and Warhammer II and I can say I have enjoyed most of those hours. It's refreshing, and the way you guys tell stories with these cinematics is very on point! One small edit: The theme music for these cinematics are so great and I agree with many people in the comments here. It would be awesome to see these themes somehow implemented in the game for battles or otherwise. They're so good! Put those assets to use and I guarantee you the community will love it! Well done, looking forward to playing soon!

That Griffin landing is like an Archangel of Wrath sent to Smite the Greenskin, i watch it over 20 times and more but that White lion roar, the spearman clash, the Griffin badass entrance. I truly follow the High Elfs to the End times and beyond. FOR ULTHUAN.

Does anyone else see the Dark Knight and Mad Max Fury Road vibe? 'WHERE IS HE?' The blue hue shots. The shot of Eltharion looking at the ground as the army marches by being a mirror of the shot of Batman at the spot where Rachel Dawes was blown up. The pump wagon shots, the desert, the introduction of Grom. What this really is then, BATELFMAN VS IMMORTAN GROM WITNESS!!!

Another great cinematic, btw; 1:00, tremendous shot! Don't know much about Warhammer lore but after seeing these trailers I want to learn and make my own cinematics. O.O

Finally! Nice to see Henry Cavill have his own Legendary lord in the upcoming DLC

Grom one of the most successful greenskin warlords there ever was. Fought and defeated the humans,the dwarves, and nearly defeated the elves. Not only that but his body was never found so there was a good chance he survived. He is Grimgor and Skarsnik in one package.

I'm really stoked they made Chrace white lions their own unit. Seems like they'd be super effective that way as opposed to chained up to a chariot. Also Grom really looks fantastically detailed.

When can i get the ost tho? That siege music was epic.
