I loved this!! Great cueing and explanation. I could follow along without having to crane my neck to see the screen. Intense but a great flowing feeling!
This is a Fab class! A quick flow is always worth doing, and your instructions were very clear. It's good to see you being human (sweating and losing balance) as a lot of other RU-vidrs would edit that out, that makes us feel less rubbish when we are falling about the place at home! :D

Loved this class! The three legged dog/swat was a killer! I was so worried you were going to add some pistol squats but mercifully, you didnt! Great challenge! Thank you Christian!
What made me sweat was listening to Christian's cues and focusing on squeezing the muscles he tells me to squeeze at the time (squeeze inner things, squeeze shoulder blades etc)....i also hold my core tight the whole time and breath really deeply. I do work up a sweat and i know this is the slow fat burning zone for me!
I found what helps me generate heat in my body is to as much as possible maintain an ujjayi breath throughout and to coordinate the breathing with each movement.
Some of the yoga exercises are too advanced for me but I like these videos and will try. One request, could the Yoga master perhaps do the exercises in silence without talking and use a voice-over (of his own voice) instead? I feel like the strain for him in doing poses and explanations at the same time is too much, but thanks a lot, he knows best I guess
Buenas asanas pero muy rapido el conteo y las posturas encadenadas laa haces mut de prisa como si estuvieramos de afán, recuerda que el yoga es mas de conciencia con el cuerpo y el movimiento sin llegar a ajitar tanto las pulsaciones ya que no es en ejercicio cardio. Muy bien pero ten en cuenta que algo que no es el yoga es la prisa.
I have really enjoyed most of your other videos, but I did not enjoy this one. Felt it was more of a thigh burn work out and any type of yoga flow. Keep up the work though!
