Well This was AMAZING!!🔥🔥🔥🔥 Here’s the video link • Toto - Africa (metal c... I do not own the rights to this video. No copyright infringement intended.
The best thing about Leo's work is that while it's clear he puts a TON of work into them, and the quality of the music is always amazing, he always looks like he's having a whole lot of fun.
100% true, but not only his videos. I watched Frog Leap live at the Brutal Assault Festival in CZ and they just killed it (the sound techs also did an amazing job).
There's something about watching someone else discover music you've already loved and maybe grown tired of that brings you back to the initial excitement and passion you felt when you first heard it.
Please do his cover of “Sultans of Swing” with youtuber Mary Spender whose an amazing musician as well. It’s the only heavy metal banjo solo I’ve ever heard!
If you haven't, you should check out Rob Scallon's banjo cover of Slipknot's Psychosocial. Leo also sings in it. Nice surprise guest at the end of the video as well.
Leo is just so infectious because he has so much fun and that pulls you in. Then you realize how incredibly talented he is. I have LOVED every cover he's done and I absolutely love Toto. Especially this song.
YES! I'm so glad you let it run until the end. Leo is great and his end cards are dang near as good as the song he's covering. Every song he does is just amazing. Rabea and Hannah are both awesome too.
@@coreytaylor6767 it really is i would easily say Leo's cover is a million times more appropriate if you over lay it on the original video given the subject matter
I just found your channel recently. This is the first time I saw you get through a song without pausing to comment. It's that freaking good. His Africa cover is the first one I heard. Leo gives meaning to the word artist.
Giddy giddy gahd dayum! With how long I've been trying to turn people onto Leo and all the reaction channels I've subbed to I never realized how MUCH I've needed this! Fookin ell... Dayum.
1st of all big time respect for watching the whole outro you're the only one I've seen do that 2ndly still saying he kills it with his cover of "gin and juice" and his version of "zombie" is amazing as well, plus his wife plays bass in that video
I'm glad you like this. Hannah's vocals are incredible. Leo is awesome. Both Rabea and Hannah have done other collabs with Leo. Check out his collabs with Mary Spender.
the best part about this video is having a brother loving metal, I had a few homies that were down with rock music and it was so refreshing to see open minded people!!! much love bro!!!
First thing, love the shirt! I subscribed just for that 😎 Second, you stayed for the outro and loved it! Third, you just made a new fan for being a true music lover! 🤟🏻🤟🏻
Jamal, I love your reactions. Your appreciation for talent and good music is fun to watch. I've encouraged you to continue your Rush journey. Well Leo has more than 500 covers so you have another journey to partake in. Not only is he a ridiculously talented musician but the production level and fun he has doing it is first class. Thank you brother. Long live music!
I really love that you don't try to talk over the video like other reaction videos. I came to see your reaction and your face says it all. Keep up the good work!
I’ve been listening to Leo for years now. He and his band tour every year. They just got back, the end of last month, from touring in Germany, Austria and more. One concert was over 40,000 people!! They rock. I wish I could see him live but I guess his videos will have to do. He also made a 5 part series on how he makes a single cover video. Takes you through each day of the week and shows exactly how he comes up w a song, how he picks the parts, shooting video, editing etc etc. awesome to watch if you have time. Been about a year since he did that though.
Thank you for watching until the very end!! Finally someone reacted to the whole vid. That outro is arguably the best part of the vid - but the whole thing is fire for sure!
LOL< I never cared for 'death metal' till I saw this guy. Hysterical, and very talented (plus a knack for getting other great talents to work with him). 😁👍 🤘😵🤘
BROTHA! CRAZY RESPECT FOR BEING ONE OF THE FIRST REACTION VIDEOS TO MAKE IT ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE VIDEO, OUTTRO AND ALL! THAT IS HOW IT IS DONE! Hey, Hannah and Rabea make their triumphant return to frog leap studios to share screen time with Leo in his cover of the song “Dance Monkey”... I highly recommend it, especially if you take a minute to familiarize yourself With the original version which, in my opinion, is a painful listen... Leo makes it fun, catchy, and as always very VERY entertaining... which is only more impressive when you see what he had to work from originally. 😂😂😂
I actually think this could be the most perfectly crafted pop song in history, from production to instrumentation to the structure of the song to the vocals. This well and truly does it justice. Unbelievable!
I can't believe i missed your reaction to this. Welcome to Leo's world! Check out ALL of his covers. So many genre's he's done and he nails every single one of them!
This is almost identical to how I reacted to this the first time. His music is so much fun and the videos are amazing. He seems to really be enjoying his "work"
Great review J- Leo is crazy talented, been watching him for quite a while. He does one of these once a WEEK. Every Friday there's some more Leo goodness!
I came across Leo's channel last year. He's a great musician/entertainer. Many of his covers are pure camp but, this is one of my favorites. Hannah's voice is great and Rabea (and that outtro!!) is AMAZING~!! Also, Sultans of Swing cover is pure gold!
Leo is great. I just discovered him this year from watching Glitch in the Matrix. He does an amazing job. If you haven't seen how he makes a video I recommend that. it takes a lot. Thanks for including the outro. They are all unique and different.
Leo put together a band to do special event gigs. Rabea and Hannah played with him at the like 2am spot at a metal festival. Not only was the place packed, even at that hour, but when they played this song they did the ENTIRE outro jam as well. It was epic.
Leo is the total package. Not only is he an accomplished musician, but his arrangement, mixing and producing skills are from another dimension. He claims to be human, but he actually is a liberated Borg.
His covers of... Superstition by Stevie Wonder Through the grape vine by Marvin Gaye The Ghostbusters Theme Song Feel Good Inc by Gorillaz ...are just amazing! You HAVE to react to them!
Just subscribe to you yesterday. Like the videos. I've been following Leo for a couple of years now. He's a very talented musician. Keep up the reviews they're great.
OMG - I’ve been away from your channel a coupla weeks - and now lookeee here what i found!!! OMG This and the Adele cover made me laugh with joy - out here in Iowa 3am and now its 4am in the am. OMG WHAT A DISCOVERY, BUFFY SAINTE MARIE. Early works 60’s (friend of Dylan) and recent (last 10 years) works AMAZING- also a SELF CREATED MUSICIAN - when american studios refused to play her music - she went back to Canada (then Hawaii) to make her own music. THANKS FOR FINDING THIS GUY!!!!💖🙏💖🌸💖🌸🙋♀️🌸(yup flower child here)💖🌼💖💖🌻💖🙋♀️GODBLESSYOUDEAR🙋♀️💃💖💃💖🐬💖🐳💖🦋💖🙏🌎🙏🌎🙏🌎🙏♥️🙋♀️
Loving your channel so far! Sooooo glad u found Leo, I was on the verge of recommending him - GREAT stuff! Listen to John Denver's Country Roads and then check out Leo' cover.
Dude, there are so many epic covers: Black Hole Sun, Hurt, and (oh yeah) Baby Shark! But seriously, he's been around for years and has lots of great stuff.
I ran across Leo about 10 this morning. It is now 4pm and all I have done is listen to his music. He is so amazingly talented. But I tell you, he makes me look back on my life and wonder WTF did I accomplish. LOL Also, best damn outtro I have ever seen on a video.
Thank God you watched the whole thing!! That outtro is sick as fuck, and most reactors don't watch all the way thru and miss it.!! Miss your Dimash reactions!!
