Whenever I connect my TR-6S to my SP-404, the TR-6S is way too quiet. Even when I set the pads I play from the SP to the lowest volume level, the difference is still too big. Do you have any idea what the problem might be?
Same here, the way I’ve dealt with it is by turning down samples in the SP, putting a compressor or other input effect on to make it louder, also using distortion on the master fx on the TR-6S helps give it a boost. Honestly turning the samples down in the pitch/speed menu has worked the best, if you play with it enough and turn up the master volume you will eventually get it to sound right.
