Listen carefully, allowed the artisans to repair all the necessary things before you moved in., but both parties agreed with the terms and conditions of full repair before moving in. Suddenly the tenant just moved in without completing the works on the apartment.

Judge Fumi tire self 😂😂😂 the way she hit the gavel at the end 😂😂😂 This Tenant and Landlord issues has been there for ages,the govt should come up with a straightforward SOP to rent house so it can protect both Landlords and tenants. Landlords should stop making tenants lose Agreement & Commission - these fees are not chicken change. They should do all necessary repairs before Tenants are allowed to move in to rental units.

There is this misconception that you can continue to live in a landlord appartment without paying because of some issues that you could not agree on.. even when you have valid reasons you maybe in default of rent most of the ternants cannot afford back rent. which is a separate eviction case for non payment . From my experience troublemaker have no where to go

The more reason a background check should be done before accepting Tenants or moving into a Landlords house without confirming their character and where they were coming from or how they treated others in the past. Its obvious she takes advantages of Home owners.

Its easy to say that but in actual sense its not that easy. But I understand where u are coming from. As much as some landlords can be very annoying, some tenants are also wicked and all they do is to take advantage of loopholes. I have lots of experience about this

From the beginning the woman was told the accommodation would be fully renovated in 3 days.. and three days turned to three weeks!.. this was the root of the issue, the reason for her "reactions"... Fair enough, the judge allowed them resolve it among themselves.

Once you are desperate to get an apartment please don't go for a house that is under renovation cos the agent and landlord will give you false hope of completing in house in a period of time that is not fixable
