For those of you who missed it, I played as ./src/ on Touhou World Cup 2024's UDoALG qualifier yesterday. Didn't make it through, but I performed much better than I thought I would, so I'm happy with that.
Watching the insane dodges msm_smtn and ns pulled off to get their Zanmu LNNs got me thinking much deeper on how to optimize the fight to avoid having to dodge nonsense, which ended up getting me this run the day after.
The biggest takeaway is that spirit explosion damage is really high, so taking advantage of those as much as possible to skip the penultimate spell is ideal, and the final spell gets far too hectic unless you go pacifist and shield cycle.
