I’ve learned that pretty much all of the properties that make it on these channels (esp Enes) are having major trouble selling… typically due to some fatal flaw they don’t disclose (I saw one of Enes mansions with a fire station next door) For example if u look around 5:06 u can see a car drive by and another car parked in a driveway, which means for 60mil this house sits RIGHT on the street lol.. it’s always a catch with these RU-vid properties
