This video was supposed to be up on the 4th which was a rest (actually transfer) day for the riders, so I did not spin on the 4th of July. So, the next video will probably go up on the 6th and be the July 5th's (actually today's) day of spinning which will be tour stage 4. Hope that makes sense!
