I'm really enjoying your videos. Do they have an Ikea out there or nice places for home decor? Also, I'm very into the cultural festivities, do they have things like the African fest or something similar?

Thanks 😊 No we don’t have IKEA (our closest IKEA is in Atlanta) but in our area we have Home Goods, Carolina Pottery, At Home and several Mom and Pop home decor stores. Here we have several small festivals and a huge Arts in the Heart of Augusta annual festival which last for 2 1/2 days where people come from all over the world and share their culture, diverse cuisines, art and performances. In fact the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival was ranked as the 2020 Top Festival of the Year (Best festival in the South) by the Southeast Tourism Society. It’s an experience I’ve never had until moving here.

It's very surreal seeing the area I lived in since the early 90s. A lot has changed. Grovetown, GA which is only a couple of minutes from Evans, GA, has definitely grown and expanded. The Publix you were at is near Greenbrier which has been one of the favorite places to live.

Oh my goodness I can only imagine how you feel seeing it now. I've been here for 7 years and have seen lots of change since I've moved here. It's nice to see the stages the area goes through while growing quickly.

Congested traffic especially taking children to school . Children that walk to school are at risk of getting hit by a car as many have . Houses being built to the point wildlife have no where to go .

Congestion definitely is a concern in growing cities like ours. Hopefully the expansion of our infrastructure will be helpful with the traffic as people continue to move to the area.

You spent most of your time in Martinez ga .. your on Bel-Air Rd to Owens them Washington Rd....however Columbia county has gotten big for high class... I know I been there since the 80s

I've lived in Augusta for 45 years. Evans is a wonderful town but the traffic is awful and the real estate is outrageous.

Traffic is definitely changing but the good thing about real estate here is that they’re such a big demand due to the military and other businesses in the area.

I'm originally from lincolnton ga..I lived in augusta also..Due to my military career I live in jville fla..Would like to move back to that area one day..but the road infrastructure has to get better..restaurant seen needs to get better..

Thankfully there’s a tremendous amount of growth going on here including new businesses and infrastructure improvement; however, we do have lots of people moving here and there definitely is more traffic since I moved here eight years ago. Hopefully you can visit soon to experience how it is now.

Yes, I have 24 months to find the perfect place close to the interstate two hours from Hartsfield Airport with minimal grass to cut. Ranch house, bout 1500 sq ft.... one person with a lot of clothes...lol.

What's the credit score needed for buying and are their programs still for first time buyers and whats the minimums income needed to but a home

The required credit score will really depend upon the type of loan you get as you can qualify for a conventional with a credit score as low as 620 but of course the higher the credit the lower your interest rate. Feel free to reach out and I can answer all your questions off line
