@@radhikapatil1986 for $17 million, a 1 car garage and no motor court is unacceptable. That’s going to be a hard sell unless the plan is to AirB&B the property.
Darren I must say it again I love your videos because of the vibe you give. Not only are you informative but you have this way of catching the eyes of your viewers that is captivating. I must give credit to your team because they do an awesome job also. So hats of to your crew. About this sensational home again the love it 100%. The lighting they use is so cool along with all the different finishings. Comfort an calm at its best.
I Really Love this Mansion...You Definitely won't run out of things to do since the Location is close to Major Area's. If I could Pick a Favorite Part of this home, I'll Pick that Outdoor Space by the Pool...it looks so Inviting and a nice Area to host guest...I Also Love That Entertainment Space.. with the billiard Pool and Bar Area and The Movie Theather!! I think all of this is very nice. Loving The size of Each Bedroom and That Balcony Area by Master Bedroom is Defintely a great relaxing space to read a book. Thank you for showing such a gorgeous home. This is a neat place! Thank you Always for The Tour Darren...Love it! ❤💯
Good video. Maybe list lot size as well. It's pretty nice architecture, not amazing but classy, some good elements like floor to ceiling doors, it's the right color palette, skylights, solid generic modern although I'll pretend I didn't notice that they didn't use concealed door hinges. In a beverly hills house. Moving on. The price is perhaps a little stiff though. They paid 6 for the lot and I figure this house could be built for less than 5. The stair case isn't dirt cheap but 5 million is also real money. That leaves close to 6 million dollar profit which is a substantial buffer on top of the gentrification that comes with throwing the first house away. On a house without concealed door hinges. I said I would let it go but I lied.
Love the videos. Could you please start showing how many dishwashers a property has. In my opinion it's an important feature of multi million dollar properties. Thanks
Darren I have a question you been doing these videos for a minute do you have the same passion that you had when you first started no matter the value of the property if you can't answer here l understand but you're still #1 in my eyes cool video DK
This is a beautiful modern contemporary house with two levels, a basement, and front and back balconies. I like the fact that the basement has windows and a courtyard. I like the open design, the staircase, and the teardrop chandelier. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. I like the master bedroom balcony. I like the pool. I think the fireplace in the master bedroom should be put on the side of the room, not in the front, it is blocking the view. I hope the mansion is constructed with blocks not wood
Yeah if it were in, say, Studio City or something. But for Beverly Hills, I was gonna say $9 million tops for this house, its not the best curb appeal, one garage, some of the bedrooms are small, but very nice fixtures and touches to a beautiful home. The fact that it's steps away from Rodeo dr is what most of that mark-up is...as they say Locationn Location lol
The house is very nice but that price tag is way too much, your neighbours right beside you, your backyard has no view and is tiny, the lot is so small.
I lived and worked at the agencies in my early 20s in Beverly Hills and it has lost a lot of the prestige and security, (crime is bad in LA with a leftist catch and release )….Both my cousins have homes and investment properties in the Trousdale Estates and the flats, and I just don’t get how people can still be so stuck on a location based on a dated-cliche industry when we have the tech and transport to be in a real tranquil nature anywhere in the world and build a brand new estate with helipads for $16m…..when you have limited square footage, you stack in levels…..There are much better real estate for the money!
Bruh this is a joke hahah, no way this is priced 16m dollars, best thing would be buying a 5-6million dollar house in Hollywood Hills and invest rest of the money somewhere else
This broker shows good properties but it seems he gets more distracted by the staging rather than the important construction and materials of the house.
The restrooms weren't great, I'm sure they can each get a bath and shower. Restrooms were too "cozy" for $16M. Also, while most of the interior was great, the outside is just too boxy. Too bland and no character for a $16M. Why these lux homes in California look too bland, box, and boring? Over in Texas, you can get homes that look like castles with unique outside finishes, like stones, bricks, etc .., great restrooms, for under 1M.
