But what are the association fees or are those not a thing in Canada? In America there are always condo association fees or some sort of upkeep fees that are totally separate from your mortgage or buying fees.

Keeps talking about family with two to three children - where are they all supposed to sit? No TV or entertainment equipment, no dressers/drawers in any of the bedrooms, no usable desks in any spot. "All this space" - where, once you move a family in? "Assume this is the washer/dryer" - are you not prepared to showcase the property.
