So far I like the home and I can't even go upstairs that well, hints why I love one story homes, but as long as the guest have their own space and a living area for them... plus that space I could build out as a computer room for them to game and I have my media room/potential studio down stairs with a master bedroom with no other room above or close to it... I am good. Only things I would enhance or change is the Kitchen ... I need my elite cooking stove and oven setup something like a La Cornue G R AN D P AL AI S 1 8 0 - G 4 8 for my stove and oven setup... more ovens off the to area next to the Sub-Zero 36" Designer Over-and-Under Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice Maker and Internal Dispenser - Panel Ready frig.... I love cooking so that is a must have the space to add those items; and, the bathrooms upgraded a bit to add in Urinals... fit and finish materials up grade with fiber optics in the walls, commercial grade electrical wiring with shielded/EMF protection... sound damping between all rooms and flooring... sounds of people doing things really cause issues for me and if my mother will be staying with me I really need the sound damping from all the music she plays... LOL In addition to all those items I would need the windows to be the European styled windows that are triple pane with a home build out of 2x6 or 2x12 LVL or steal for the framing... I go for home designed the way I wish it to be if I go with other people design... becasue I want one and done.. hints I would rather have one story 3600 sq ft home, that's if mom and extended family living with me, or a tiny home of 1200 sq ft and live like a bachelor ... LOL

Although, the house is under 3000 ft.² it seems rather sizable. It appears that the builder really used the space efficiently.

I am not a fan of this home, remove the benches in the bedrooms and breakfast nook. Remove the media and game room and give me a bigger laundry room, pantry and master bedroom. Give me what I need, that I am guaranteed to utilize everyday. Also, for a home that is over half of a million dollars at base price and then almost $1M, the bedroom should be 20x 20 with a separate sitting area. The average size of master in the U.S is 15 X 14, this bedroom maybe a little bit bigger but not by much. Also, I need for my tub to be cladded, with jets, and the shower needs to have jets and a bench. I like you sugar and I hope you have a awesome Christmas.
