Met you the other day down in the cafe. Just dropped my deposit. The time to get the good prices in this building is dwindling as we narrow down on high season. I locked in $479 a month after a day of haggling, but they wanted $100 more when I first rolled up.

I lived there for a year it was 14000thb permonth with so many folks comming in they are asking top dollar and people are paying it because to them its cheaper than USA. dont do it offer less and see what happens

Usually it's one down and two months deposit plus electricity and government rate for the water . I know that's how it is at the Copacabana and The Millennium Tower in Pattaya.

There are plenty of options tho a lot of times if you want luxury and a lot of amenities the rooms come smaller but even then there are places that offer both

You can probably go though the front office but most of the time you go through an agent. You can also check Facebook marketplace for initially finding a room

Prices range here…$500 gets you more luxury but less than that can get you a nice spot when more space

Please explain the Luxury part of this condo. It looks like a little box, the building has some nice features. Can you do a tour of a real luxury condo because this is not it. I guess the real luxury starts at about $1,000. This is just a cheap box with great amenities in the building. Paying for amenities you will never use.

@@VitaminC82 go to Facebook marketplace and type in Riviera and you’ll find properties at that price range. But keep in mind this is for leases not Airbnb
