Yeah cool bit of trivia ae, I was just researching how long it was and got interested in the story of how it was built

First time I went through that tunnel on a mcycle it was not sealed just rough slippery rock just as the workers left it with their picks.

@dennishardy4402 it's sealed now but still a major rd works and slippery but waiting to get through in summer with the snow melting making waterfalls down the mountains was spectacular
