@@Snookscat I should have said why pet the Kings Life Guards horse while on duty, just like you wouldn’t pet a service guard working. Yes I love animals and horses and would pet a horse if at a riding stable not while the horse is working. And too many people petting the horse I am sure would make the horse nervous
some of those kids think it's pretty amazing. the people that are terrified of them but, taking a pic / touching anyways, are the ones that cause the most stress.

I am not a horse person do not know much about horses but frankly this is the first one I have seen constantly chomping at his bit and having the tip of his tongue hanging out wonder if it is set wrong and the bit is annoying the horse... and why do people get so close??? Says right on the sign horses may kick and bite and do not grab the reins... I watched the only lady grab and the guard did not tell her to stop.. guess it all gets a bit much so that is why he let it slide. He did yell at the old guy for it earlier in the video.

The sign is a disclaimer*. They said this can happen so after that it's up to the tourists to take the risk if they want to. Certainly they would rather not have the horses bite people, but horses will be horses. and these horses have to endure a lot as we can see. *The tourists can't blame anyone but themselves if they get bitten, they were told that they might be before they approached.
