She’s actually won slam as a wild card due to not being ranked which is not easy if you know the game of tennis. Besides, what the majority of tennis experts agree on is that the Open Era is the crème de la crème of tennis therefore, Serena is greatest because she has the most out of ALL players men or women.

To answer your questions, it varies a lot, maybe once per game on average? Serena (and venus) was the first female player to ace *as frequently* as her though Others came along like sharapova who had a great serve too but serena was the best. I remember she hit 100 aces at wimbledon 2012 which was just *ridiculous*. Nowadays acing on the womens tour is a bit more common than the past, which probably had something to do with serena's influence

Williams is not the GOAT. She doesn’t have the most Slams or the most weeks at #1 or the most years as the #1 or the most titles or the highest win %. She is also neither the most dominant nor the most consistent player. She is in the top 5 in the open era most certainly, but she is nowhere near the GOAT.
