In this video we get a new engine put together for the LML tow rig project and get it installed. So close to being fired up! --Check out my Instagram-- SketchyDA
Gotta watch using the oem hardware to bolt the csf radiator and intercooler together, the bolt hits the cooler and tries to make a hole before it tightens together
You better start pumping out some vids now that your down in Florida! Get that c10 running, probably won’t have the time working on kyles stuff, that’s gonna be a full time job with double overtime, the way he keeps breaking stuff.
Good job bro I have been following you since the turbo DA I love that you do different things I just wish you did more explaining on what your doing with the diesels for us noobs that get deals like you did here
I don't have a diesel, or a trunk, or care about them, but i really enjoy your videos man. Your explanations and communication to the camera are great. Not sure how serious you are about the channel but i think you should change up the intro.
Wyatt is back making videos with boostedboiz, I suspect an upcoming video here on his channel but for now check out the latest at boostedboiz because Wyatt has made some big changes....oh p.s. the truck made it to florida.
"What's going on guys?" One too many words, and only one correct. You say f*cking cheeseburgers right after anyways! I see a lot of MAHLE in this video. Is that sort of just the go to for aftermarket diesel components that don't suck? Gosh golly gee that's a huge intercooler, hah. Great work as always man. I gotta figure out how to get as much done as you.
This is a awesome video, great job, the oil cooler upgrade will a 2020 cooler also work it’s a l5p with minor differences, Gale banks said it bolts right up it sounds like you know from experience, I’m wandering cause I want to upgrade my lml as well.
Would really like your help on my 2005 LLY Duramax would like to do an engine replacement and upgrade on the new engine with parts that would last over a hundred thousand miles.. im down in tx!! I run a hot shot delivery service
Is there a way to oil prime duramax before the first initial start up? Go through oil galley plug? Anybody with suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Damn came out on my Guzzi. Time went to fast with Hayden. See your still at it, looking real good. Good to have a stable tow rig, next a trailer? The money is always going out. Lol good job, keep at it.
Hey man did you end up doing a dingle berry ball hone on the engine and then just buffing the deck? I'm looking to do the same to my 320k mile engine. Runs great just want to make it last another 200k or more. I do get pressure on the upper hose but sometimes it takes a week other times it may take longer. Many tell me head gaskets but im not losing any coolant at all. Im lost on it tho, reason why I just want to refresh the lower end and let it bump
I made a cp3 vs cp4 comparision video on my channel. Simply looking at it from an engineering perspective it's hard not to see a volutary lower service life
I work for Dmax and I build the Duramax. When we switched to the cp4 I remember Bosch coming in the plant. It was weird as nothing had happened on the street yet. At the time my job was unloading trucks that delivered our parts. They assigned me to assist the rep from Bosch. Well it turned out they lied to GM and Dmax as they designed it for European diesel not US. They said they had a quality issue at their plant that they were not sure if it got out of their plant and they wanted to check at ours to see. They refused to say what that was. I’ve been interviewed by GM attorneys over the lawsuit about that situation.
@@dmaxlife2785 @D Max Life Any injection pump that isn't made of steel internals isn't gonna last. ESPECIALLY at the high pressures diesels now work at. They knew exactly what they were doing. Every thing is worse on the pump. EVERYTHING. Not only it has a smaller surface area on the cam, but it goes 360 degree, it has no pressure lube on the shaft etc etc. Heres the video I made to illustrate and note the design changes leading to shorter life . ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uUu3XmOAWnI.html
Veikra I’m not denying that at all. Bosch flat out hid it and lied about the issue. Then customers start having problems and suddenly Bosch opened up about what they done. That is a main reason we no longer use Bosch and the patent for their common rail expired
Upload so.e more videos bruh. 11k views out of 60k subs in 3 days. Not terrible. I know you day job takes up alot of time but I think if you incorporated sone of that then alot of people could relate
