Yes, Ace Towing illegally towed my neighbors car in his own parking stall too last year, and Ace claimed that they had a right to. So, it looks like Ace Towing has a history of doing this. So, I think that anyone dealing with Ace should terminate their contract with them because they are illegally Towing people’s car to gain profits and this is not right what they’re doing. They should be put out of business period.
They been doing this kine stuff for years. They are contracted in my work place and they literally drive around in my work parking lot get out of their trucks to see if cars have parking pass or they parked in the wrong stall. I’ve had some co workers tell me they have been wrongfully towed but they still want 300 or 400 dollars in cash. This company got to go or be reported to the state.
You lucky you saw them do it, if you didnt have the video they would of told you, it was like that when i hooked up to it. This company is terrible if they ever ask you to see your ID and you don’t have it on you, don’t go back in your house to get it they will drive off with your vehicle trust me it happened to me and when i call the manager on duty he laughed and said “we got you”.Just a couple of weeks ago they towed my car for trespassing on my own property, and before that they said my vehicle was abandoned and sent it to the yard that recycles vehicle’s without even notifying me about the car like the law states is required before they can do anything with the car ,the only reason i found out was because i had a friend that worked there and he said he tried to save it but it was to late it was striped into pieces and they wanted me to buy each individual part back from them.
That sand island Towing company is ridiculous with they new distance price per towing, and they no play around they’ll tow your car and have you go down and loose more money by using the small ATM if you don’t bring cash 😂
I speculate that they are such a trash company that no qualified operators will work for them. That's why they have amateurs as in this Video. Only someone with zero to little experience would have not secured the steering wheel. I also speculate that management of ace towing gave the operator a list of lots that they have contracts for and told the operator to go looking for offending drivers. I bet there was about $10-15k damage to those vehicles. I knew of a company like that. Very sketchy trashy people. Get rid of them.
