I think that on purpose, I think void is lifting it up. Like one of this attacks to possibly disable units by lifting them in the air. I could be wrong.
There are a few things we've learnt from this trailer, 1. Void has an ability that will instantly stun all towers and insta kill all spawned towers 2. He has an attack that makes him fly into the air, and will just lift up one of your warships, probably destroying it after, 3. Void has a purple storm that will 'control' your towers, causing them to kill eachother 4. Void's meteor attack that we've seen before and 5. Another Void attack that makes him stomp and stun all towers, this boss is gonna be a fuckin nightmare
A few observations I made (correct me if I'm wrong) 0:03 sniper dying to boss 2 0:04 Slammer killing boss 2 0:05 Hidden boss killing missile trooper 0:08 operator chilling while boss 3 lava and lighting enemies emerge 0:10 slime (I think that's what its called but idk) in the background exploding into smaller slimes to kill operator while medic is healing a golden juggernaut 0:12 armored factory Humvee killing boss 2 as more boss 3s and lavas emerge 0:16 for an extremely short time there is a necromancer boss and its summons along with a hidden boss 0:18 Commander and Zed are introduced as well as Tb juggernaut Tb missile trooper and I think Tb rail gunner? 0:20 massive boss 3 and boss 4 rush and a hidden boss and a bunch of Tb skins and towers including juggernaut, rail gunner, edj, commander and zed 0:23 boss 3 and boss 4 rush on military camp (I forgor what its called) with the same Tb stuff from before 0:25 even more boss 3 and boss 4 rush now on the grasslands map with even more Tb towers (kinda got lazy here to take note of everything) 0:28 void going into a rage phase or just using an ability to kill all spawned units and stunning everything on desert theme map 0:31 Endbringer and necromancer bosses introduced here and the void FREAKING LEVITATING AN ENTIRE BATTLESHIP (probably gonna kill it or something) 0:35 the void using another ability to make random towers cause FRIENDLY FIRE including slammers, golden juggernaut, and gold rangers 0:37 the void using its meteor ability like what john showed on his stream 0:40 boss 4 taking out 2 zeds 0:43 a bunch of slimes and lavas 0:45 patrol boats struggling against a rush filled with lightnings and toxics 0:48 void using its stomp ability in the back, stunning may towers and 2 necromancer bosses both summoning boss 3 and boss 4
there’s some things I noticed that you missed, the very start we see sniper kill a speedy and slammer kill 3 slows, while also seeing a A10 fly overhead and bomb a group of boss1s, killing them, then when the boss3, lavas, and lighting emerge, we see slammer being kicked or thrown across the screen (probably by the boss3) and operators gun, i think is jammed, then stolen, when John is calling for support, a petrified on fire (edit: It’s a summoned thing that jumps at him, and is one of the summoner boss summons, sorry I forgot what it’s called)is thrown towards him and John ducks, in the background the humvee firing its turret runs over some toxics then rams the boss2, and the gunner shoots at the boss2 to kill it, then the gunner looks around and then goes down into the humvee, and then a railgunner’s gun jams or he is reloading. I think that’s all you missed
This comment will probably dissapear in the algorithm but, I love the attention to trailers on TDX trailers/teasers, they feel alive and meaningful. It feels higher quality than tds since they haven't released any big event such as the solar eclipse event! I might play TDX at some point.
The tdx towers are weaker however, because at the start we only see a low level sniper and slammer, and only a single javelin (max missile trooper) and then we see what seems to be a level 3,4,or5 top path operator then next we see another one of those operators on the same level, then see a low level golden juggernaut, medic, and John (all 2-2 I assume) then we see a level 0 or 1 humvee ramming a boss2, and only a single railgunner at max bottom path shooting (so there is a reason why they were struggling so much) they only had 2 max towers and 2 possible max towers, of which half were killed (missile trooper killed by hidden boss, and a operator killed by the goos that spawned when the slime died, also the enemies were way stronger then them(boss3s, boss2s,lavas and lightings, hidden bosses, AND, a summoner boss, along with more enemies i missed) so of course the tdx towers had to call for help and get the towers battles towers to help them
I would say I love TD more than tdx and TDS since I grew up with TD, but tower defense sucks, no client side rendering so the game lags halfway though, no updates, we've been stuck on the Halloween update for 6 months, and no QOL updates. The newer TDS games are so much better but my only dislike is how they do not have PvP. If they added pvp then I would completely switch over
is anyone gonna talk about how the operator wasn't giving a damn seeing slammer fly by and proceeding to go back watching his phone but then going wtf when seeing all the enemies?
Well you see.. hes gonna do worse to the warships… if you look at 0:31 the void picks up the warship in the background.. hes boutta throw that hunk of metal at the towers
bro, void rising into the air and f...... LEVITATING the warship is insane (and maybe smashing it down judging from his movement). Feels like and actually godlike powerful boss and the sound design.... i'm gonna die from hype.
YOOOO, these trailers are actually so fire especially the new animations in the beginning, the voice lines, and the Boss Itself. Can’t wait for that John to throw a warship on my towers 💀
0:16 "We're right here." Whoever is going to be the voice of commander if he is even getting one because i don't really know about that, commander with a deep voice will give goosebumps.
Not saying your game is unoriginal, but stop paying homage to tower battles. like, you can't just make your golden skins golden, Like, the "golden" towers are a BIG part of a TD, and you just pay homage to something else.. Also, I know you hate TDS, but, a crossover would break the TD community! Otherwise, great game, you do not deserve to be surpassed by brain rot Toilet tower defense Hit like if you agree, I promise I'm not saying as a like begger, I actually want to see who agrees lol
He and Planet3arth have been friends for the longest time and it is the game that gave him his start in his RU-vid career, so it would basically be a missed opportunity if this collab DIDN'T happen
