Since we switched to a back 4 things clearly improved. But if we don't get automatic promotion then these games mid season, when we had a leaky defence (remember Charlton away) and Walton was shakey will be the reason why. Both our defence and Walton have been excellent recently, but we should be clear leaders.
@@Roxie66645 at the time my comment was entirely accurate. The change of system, new signings, and unprecedented run of wins led to quite a turnaround. Shef Weds were 7 points clear and had 2 games in hand in January and had they not imploded we would have been in the play off lottery. I'm not sure how you think my comments were stupid, but nice of you to pipe up now. Looking at your various posts do you ever say anything of merit or analyse anything or do you just post inane soundbytes?
TOWN got LUCKY just like they did at HILLSBOROUGH With another O,G GOOD MATCH SWFC TO WIN the LEAGUE & TOWN V DERBY IN PLAYOFFS! BOTH PAFC & SWFC r the 2 BEST TEAMS for me! wow sheff wed fans best in england wow
Don’t really think you can say Ipswich got lucky at Hillsborough. You could argue that weds were the lucky ones with their 2 nd goal and equaliser clearly offside. 🙄
Team are fully committed, but the results in the last 2 months have really put us in a bad position. Keep hoping something changes, when nothing is changing won't cut it. McKenna is unproven, inexperienced and failing. If you want to abandon promotion for this year to give him more time then it's a big gamble. I say, get someone in fast who can save the season. Plymouth aren't losing, Sheff Wed have dropped two points in six games. Automatic promotion relies on them losing, not us winning. We can't win and they don't lose. same old same old isn't going to turn that around
@@chrisschultz1 Disagree. I made a good point. Town were only promoted because Sheff Wed absolutely collapsed, just as I said was necessary as a result of towns form over last winter when the above was written Sticking with McKenna has proven to be a good move, on which I am happy to have been wrong. I look forward to Leicester doing the same as Sheff Wed did last year, they have started well with 3 loses and a draw out of 5 last games, long may it continue
@@bodysuitguy well, this get someone in to save the season lends itself to the manager sacking culture. Once chosen well, give them a chance. There have been a few exceptions, but with Ips sat third in league one when McKenna had been there around a year - we don't need our season saving. Let the man work. It's proven to be brilliant. Don't want to be like these Moyes out West Ham fans or Maresca/Ranieri out Leicester fans. Uppa Towen! :)
