63 years old so I have seen the highs and lows, from standing on a milk crate at Churchman's to trying to follow it from SE Asia. It is great to be back on a high.
I want to become a real Ipswich fan. In fact I really love this team. I am from Ghana 🇬🇭. I hope one day I play at Ipswich Town. I'm just 16yrs. I need help. It my Dream
I started supporting the club since Captain Sam Morsi joined. The pride of my country, Egypt, and we will continue to support the club because it has become in our blood, like Liverpool and Aston Villa. We always write letters to the Egyptian Federation demanding that Morsi be called up to the Egyptian national team.
You can feel the team spirit right the way through this entire squad there at the end. What a talented bunch of people. What a couple of years its been to be a Town fan. Roll on Saturday!!!!
What an incredible season! I’m a New Zealander, born in Suffolk and have supported Ipswich (and Spurs) since the 80’s, currently living in the Philippines and will definitely be watching the finale on Saturday!
Get that McKenna statue made NOW. Been supporting since the 97/98 season and this season has been one of the best I have seen in years. Can't wait for Saturday and lets do to Huddersfield what we did to Exeter last season. We are so close now COYB
The extended version is a brilliant piece of work. To anyone on the fence about paying the subscription, it's well worth it if you want 12 (TWELVE) extra minutes of the away fans going through the full repertoire of songs (and emotions), plus the Luke Chambers memorial Fist Bump in HD. Cheers and well played Town!
Watching the young lad on I assume his father's shoulders spinning his shirt around watching the rest of the crowd respond to the 1st goal is what it's all about. Building the next generation of fans to keep us rolling forward is just brilliant 👏 👌 😀 COYB
I just can't believe the team spirit, so evident here, between the players some of whom have only played a handful of games this season. Surely some of our loanees will want to stay in this group next season?
1.Ipswich+Mckenna+2 seasons=EPL 2.Transfer window+top tier talent=Dominating EPL 3.Dominating EPL+attracting worlds best talent=Conquering Europe 4.Ipswich(Best fans in the world)+Mckenna(Best Gaffer)=Man (who) Man (what)
What an achievement from McKenna and coaching team. League 1 to been 1 point away from the premier league. Hopefully none of the big players leave. Keep - Clarke, Davis, Edmundson, Morsy, Woolfenden, Burns, Chaplin, Harness, Slicker, Taylor, Burgess, Luongo, Hirst, Hladky, Broadhead, Tuanzebe Gone - Walton, Ladapo, Ball, Jackson, Aluko, Donacien, Camara Loan - Al Hamadi, Baggott, Humphreys, Buabo, Hayes, Ndaba, El mizouni, ahadme We need to sign a goalkeeper, centre back, left back for back up, centre mid, winger x2 & striker. Hopefully we do sign Hutchinson on loan again or permanently
One of your points is on the ball and that’s Hutchinson. He’s been here a while and given so much, he surely doesn’t see himself as Chelsea anymore. Chelsea have to let him go i imagine.
@@LeeMassey87 Haven’t a clue tbh. Just read that he’s contracted to Chelsea til 2025 and that they might offer him a new one. However they would likely still loan him (he is only 20 and playing for Chelsea is a big leap). How I see it is he gains promotion at Ipswich and knows he’s one of the first names on the team-sheet, he is at a great club and hopefully showcasing his talent in the Prem. Saturday is not just a massive day for the club and fans, its massive for the players, they are on the cusp of realising their dreams. If we go up, Hutchinson 15-20 million🤔
@@LeeMassey87 Mate, I ain’t going there hahaha. I imagine the bosses will add to the squad in all departments and let ‘natural selection’ take its course.
wouldnt it be amusing if leeds and southampton field a weak side team against each other in the championship league this weekend knowing its the playoffs only they can make the premiership premier league
@@73dlb you never ever know because surely they will be realistic face reality and accept that huddersfield are not very likely to spoil the party at portman road
@@tonymeck-lj8rv Maybe Tony but if my team were three points behind, had to win, fielded a weaker side, I think I and thousands of the other fans would be pretty fuming. I hope your theory is right and Leeds field their under 17’s.
@@73dlb yes but surely most people associated with leeds would be thinking there is no way huddersfield will beat ipswich so why risk our best players for a meaningless league game match when they would need to save them for a potential leeds southampton playoff final wouldnt they
@@tonymeck-lj8rv Yeah you’re right. I’ll tell McKenna to rest Leif Davis, Hirst and Morsy. Don’t want to run the risk they get ligament damage or a snapped achiles ahead of next season.
