Toxic Ghost Town in the Mountains of Colorado (Gilman, Colorado) 

This place was breath-taking to say the least. I was lucky enough to be able to skate the abandoned skatepark here! Although it wasn't in great condition. The second mine in the video has also now been closed off. However, the place is very dangerous and i don't encourage others to explore here without the proper permissions and equipment. Love this video, amazing camera work!

That old forklift and equipment is fascinating. I love this kind of stuff. I've always wanted to go exploring in Gilman.

There was a car wreck several years back in Red Cliff. I heard the car is still down there. Someone drove right off the side of that big bridge.

For folks just tuning in - I'd stay away. Authorities have been busting people like crazy on the properties of this district. All the sites in the area are owned by private entities that prosecute trespassers. Signed, a 40+ year local.

That is my favorite ghost town. I love going to Leadville in the fall. We always stop at Gilman because the fall colors are breathtaking.

It would be great to see more exploring there!

this place is restricted for good reason. It is private property and has no trespassing signs clearly posted.
