@@xclzv5900 3 years back I had bought Byju's JEE package..it was costly at that time some 50-60k PCMB but it was really good..C and M were okay..but P and B changed my whole outlook on this world..it was really great and well organised content..at that time they had just launched that course though...but they started increasing the price like crazy after that..So it's the sales management that is corrupt, the teachers (pre recorded)@ Byju's are really good man..

But for those who are justifying this price in the name of content. First the teachers are same as if they would have taught offline. Their fees are going to be same as offline and this online medium also suits their working hours and work from home so its a choice based work. Now about the equipments needed to make these contents. Dear if you know these contents can be made even on easy platforms if not elaborative or catchy that way, it would be still explainable to kids. Though i am not against od their course if people are willing to buy it, their options must be open and they can come with a course for those students who can pay less. As its a company naturally it will run for profits. But we are on consumer end, so we need to think upon their tactics played.

When I meet the parents they greet me and I went to loot them in their house that guilt trip was too heavy. I quitted and joined normal job getting less salary but belive me I just got a life ❤️. Government banks are no longer the Friend to the Common Man. They are money-chasing, conniving and running a fiduciary racket in the name of insurance and mutual funds, where they want you to invest where they get the maximum profit. There is a way to handle problems. If you say that this is ok, brother you're going to be one of them.

That doesn't justify this kind of abusive behaviour. This is abusive and he doesn't deserve to be a manager as he doesn't have people skills, leadership skills. Period.

The problem is in this company any guy who is out of the college with just 1 year of experience can become a manager and is given team to handle with unrealistic targets, hence leads to toxic work culture. I have worked in byjus for 10 months. Issue is not this person but upper management who make any guy with just 1 year of experience a manager, that's why in big companies generally managers have 10+ years of experience because they know how to handle teams and tasks. I know it's easy to blame him, and i am not defending his behaviour but with such little experience every nice guy in that company will turn out like this only after sometime, i do agree there were few good managers who were still calm but they were very rare. If it's one person then it's an individual who is to blame, if almost all managers are like this then it's a culture issue of company.

The way i look at it. The employee is very annoying. The manager is screaming at the top of his lungs to convey only one point which is " If there's no revenue, then there's no salary". End of discussion. If he can't make sales then either the product is not good enough or he is not good enough. The culture of the company cannot be blamed, coz if you have no revenue, you have no company and therefore no culture. If the employee feels like his financial and professional goals are not being fulfilled, then he should leave. It's nothing personal.

This is not the case with just Byjus. Every Sales Job in India is like this. Just Dial, India Mart , the Big MNCs you see, even the newly formed White Hat Jr. Would be following the same culture. I am from the Sales Background as well, and we get this everyday. Before Covid, Sales people used to get this kind of treatment every morning in the office premises. But after Lockdown and Work from home scenario, Managers want reports and results on hourly basis. They would call you 10-20 times a day, Manager would call you, AGM or GM hold con calls. You can't eat, you can't rest, you can't go to the loo, because god forbid if you are in the bathroom when they call you, you will be harassed over the phone for going to the loo in your own freakin' home as you are not being productive and wasting those minutes in the washroom. These Corporates don't care about the mental health, all they want is sales. The recording posted in this video is the treatment everyone gets - The executives from TLs, TLs from Managers, Manager from AGMs, AGM from GM, and so on so, forth even the Vice President gets shouted at in the same tone and abusive language by the President or the Board of Directors. Everybody is trying to save their jobs and everybody is shouting at the person beneath them. "Ye Company nhi chalegi" tb bol rhe ho, jab tum ise ethical point of view se dekh rhe ho. But jb "Sales field" me aoge, tb pta chlega ki India me hrr chhoti se chhoti aur bdi se bdi corporate ka yhi haal hai aur tumhe aise hi survive krna pdega. People have choices. The manager chose to behave a certain way. He is an adult. Responsibility for his actions fall on him alone. Higher authorities won't be harassing those working under them if people like this manager didn't support their principles and yell at subordinates.
