Toy Town Hall (1936) - fixed restoration titles [REUPLOAD]

I've been fixing the title sequences of this cartoon because the Merrie Melodies series card fades to the cartoon title card doesn't seem match
with the unrestored form (1995 Turner US dubbed print). The blue-purple rings, used around 1936, were poorly redesigned on this restored form,
so i replaced it with the original one at the opening from "Bingo Crosbyana", and swapped the closing title from "Boulevardier from the Bronx" (both 1936). This is the final Merrie Melodies short to use "I Think You're Ducky" as the opening score, but i've changed the arrangement to the original which sounds very similar to "Page Miss Glory" (1936) and make it complete due to the first few notes being cut on the unrestored print.
