I like to have this car in Germany. Perfect for German Autobahn. The Avalon TRD needs a supercharger to hunt AMG's or M models.

@@joshuaheaton9153 No, it's not. In Germany we have crazy laws and expensive gas. The most vehicles are under 250 horses and under 3 liters.

I would love to own this beautiful sport flagship 2020 Toyota Avalon TRD, and even better is that I just add a 31” cherry bomb glasspack, twin CAI system, a maybe a whipple/magnuson/vortech supercharger. That would be an ultimate sleeper.😍😍😍😍😍

They should at least make a rwd option. I can see the dynamic performance in these trd vehicles while keeping the reliability Toyota is known for. These cars will be absolutely amazing

This is definitely Toyota dipping the water and wanting to see the market reaction (6000 made for 2020MY). The truth is there is a market for the Camry/Avalon TRD. They're selling fast! A good revision should be in working. Add an LSD and shorten the gears will make this a very good sports sedan. This already has an 8-speed auto, shorter gears will make it so much more fun.

I don't know why people are complaining at it. It's the same story with every toyota model. This is the car they were hand brake drifting with, they added an aftermarket cold air intake and stop-tech brakes, plus coil overs and sway bars. Are the trd 2 piston calipers made by stop-tech?

Patrick Pierre wrong. 301 hp Avalon TRD. With aftermarket body kit and rear wing, 19” TRD wheels and sticky tires. Larger lower control arms and upgraded suspension, TRD dual exhaust, lowered it for better handling and stance look aggressive. So it’s not just for show, it’s improvement for performance.

301 HP isn't slow. It's fast enough to be fun, and slow enough to be useful on the road. What were you expecting? A hopped up 500 HP supercharged V8? From Toyota of all places? Nah. If you really want something like that from this car, bolt on a supercharger. (If an aftermarket supercharger for this engine exists)
