This is a foolish comparison..A comparison between SUV& MUV....however people who are saying about performance of XUV..just remember there is FORTUNER from TOYOTA..which is way better and has best offroading capability..just compare bothFORTUNER and XUV 500..obviously Fortuner tunes your heads...I will buy a fortuner instead of shit XUV..However for this comparison i will choose INNOVA CRYSTA

To all those who have misconception about service. Toyotas are the cheapest when it comes to service. Moreover prompt service gives the edge to Toyota vehicles. Replacements are expensive right.! but compare the after sales support of toyota and mahindra. I had an innova and i remember an engine oil service and complete check up combined with body wash would cost me 2000 rupees. I have seen multiple electronic failures in XUV 500 like power window and wipers and after 50,000 kms it rattles and becomes a rag suv and no longer be a comfortable family car. The solid point to prove Innovas reliability and cheap service is its usage by large taxi users around the country. I believe Mahindra convinces its prospects by stating features like cheetah design, fuel efficiency and power. Its not just the product features but the reliability and brand image that matters in the long run. Its not every day we can buy a car. Make wise decisions. Die hard fan of Toyota through experience.!

No Bro, Interiors it is a tie. In terms of space, why Innova? No car except the Skoda Superb can come close to the XUV 500's Leg Room, but on other end, Innova has a better feel.

Those people saying that xuv 500 is better than Innova Crysta They do not have knowledge about these cars I own both the cars. Xuv 500 is a crap in quality And Innova Is A Way better than Xuv and it cant be compared to xuv 500. To support make in india xuv 500 is a right choice but does not make sense to buy xuv 500 against innova. Xuv 500 yearly maintainence service cost is around 80k and innova just 20k.
Then tell Indian manufacturers to improve the quality of cars and interiors.... Go to a mahindra showroom and check for the interior trims falling off. No way mahindra and Tata make better cars than Toyota... Toyota and Lexus customer experience is unmatched.
Xuv5oo is best car in my point of view because they had copied some features to innova crysta Driving comfort was also more in xuv5oo when compared to innova

I was talking about mahindra and Toyota, not about other brands !! If you consider European car makers are best, then you should know something, recently a European manufactures was busted for fraudulent circuit that are fixed in its car to show less carbon emission during carbon emission test !! European cars too called back millions of cars worldwide for fixing the issues. European car makers are mostly luxurious segments. I am not saying Toyota is best.. as you said there many standard car makers all over world, what i am saying is Indian car makers should follow those standard car makers to improve the quality.

maruti cheats the most. After service we went home and saw the rim rusted on our first service. then we realised that it was not ours... we contacted the service station again. they said that we are cheating and they said that high class with not steal rims.
Maruti wagonR was 4 lakhs. serviced it after 50000 km. bill was 30000. took home. the next day in highway... in fifth gear it refuses to cross 80kmph... before service we came in 100 kmph in 100 feet road....it took more than 30 secs to cross 80.
xuv500 is best car of Indian I have been used from last 5 years very low maintenance very good average I got 16 kmplto 18 kmpl on highway.value for money.only one thing to improve Mahindra that is quality of interior.
Xuv 500 is simply the best in this segment.New innova is sluggish and it takes around 3500 rpm to shift the gear.Innova has an ugly look where as the XUV has bold typical suv look.
bro, the greater money the greater comfort. we do not forgot that xuv design is made in 2006 and still it competing the hexa and innova . The engine of xuv is more good . Having innova more power but xuv has more top speed than hexa and innova. there some feature which does not come in hexa and innova

Money doesn't matter here because a person who can spend 18-19 lacs on a car can obviously spend 2-3 lacs more. But still personally I would go for xuv. I know we don't use our cars ofroad but tell me any bad thing about xuv that is too much bothersome.all important features are given in xuv.
If u come to features point it xuv500 which is better cause it has a electronic sunroof which is not there in Innova and also many more features that make Suvarna 500 better

I think you guys are forgetting about Tata Hexa. It has the luxury and quality of Crysta and the toughness, ruggedness and value for money of XUV. It is the best in the segment
Japanese brands are hands down better than Indian unfortunately Till today. We spend a lot of money and Indian brands can't deliver quality refinement service and Most importantly DURABILITY AND ENGINE LIFE. Japanese work horses just keep going on and on for lakhs of kms with same smokthness.. XUV peddeles are not so easy to reach. They are uncomfortable in traffic. Truck like. Lot of electrical issues too.
God save me with Xuv 500 Clutch Plate wears out with In 10k kms. There is Nothing Called premium in the Mahindra make, Reliability is 0. Safety can be rather forgot with Xuv while the Innova got a 5 star Rating in the NCAP test. Innova Has won Indian Hearts since it's launch. Never Disappoints it's customer.

Mahindra XUV 500 is cheaper than Innova... XUV 500 looks are more attractive and bold than Innova... XUV 500 has features like static bending headlamps, hill hold , hill decent, XUV 500 logo projector on the out side rear view mirror, which Innova misses and these features are not mentioned in this video. So in my opinion XUV 500 is clear winner in terms of features, pricing. And I must say its comfort level and power is not bad at all.

it feels really funny comparison between a SUV and MUV Mahindra Cars are far better in every segment than Toyota Cars And in India no one will afford a MUV at such high price better choice Xuv 500...in case of MUV Xylo is Much better in comparison it would be a fact if Toyota made ita a SUV not a MUV

Mahindra reliability is never an issue.. Just because Toyota is Japanese does not make it good sir... It's maintenance cost and spare costs are the highest in all segments... Mahindra xuv is more value for money and far cheaper...and if we get all wheel drive which would be whole 2 Lakh less why to opt a bulky muv with two wheels powered... Didn't get the logic behind... Since both cars have 3 rows and can seat 7 passengers, have automatic transmissions also some variants of Innova Crysta overlap the price of XUV 5OO. And to top it all, Many customers cross shop between MUV and SUV. Hence the comparison has been shot.

guys in my old xuv500 we had a brake problem ...it was never repaired....we had to sell it later i bought the fortuner mahindra service sucks trust me quality toyota is better.
XUV still does better than Innova, even at high speed XUV got better control than Innova,just for a family thing I won't go for Innova, XUV is comfortable too n best thing of XUV is u enjoy driving it,heavy still we get so good acceleration as compared to Innova n Innova is kinda noisy
