The customer is right in preferring Innova over Fortuner. There is some comfort level in Innova which cannot be compared to any other vehicle.

I have a 2012 Innova and nothing beats it super reliable , extremely comfortable,very spacious,low maintenance and amazing costumer service(and ofcourse the turbo charger sound)

Crysta ride quality is really superb, but Hexa had more comfort than crysta, i bought Hexa in 2020, that time Crysta was 28 lakhs onroad Bangalore & Hexa onroad was 22 lakhs, so I saved 6 lakhs by going for Hexa, so resale value what I would have got by selling Crysta would be good but i already saved the money

Don't compare hexa.....i have 2.8z.....i have done 1100kms more than twenty times non stop.....best family car....also drove Fortuner for 26,000kms.. amazing beast...but yes Crysta is better in comfort.

Though the price is increased, but when we decide to purchase a car the first thing that comes to our mind is the reliability, because you are about to spend a whooping sum of money, for an instance we can compromise with few features but we can't compromise with the engine performance or reliability. And this is the area where TOYOTA is unbeatable, even A Toyota etios's ride is so comfy and cabin space a adequate comparing to the competition, so you can imagine how great the Innova would be.

I am planning to buy a used diesel small car like swift or i10 (2015-2018) model. Is it a wise decision? I am getting 14.5-15 kmpl in city and 17-17.5 kmpl in high way with ac on all time. Hi, u are already getting a good mileage from ur santro it don't know whether it will be a wise choice to spend ur money for some extra mileage not more u might get 3-4 km/l more ...not more than that from an old product +maintainence cost
