What i feel is that the mechanic would've used the cloth to block the air intake while cleaning the car so that dust doesn't go in and forgot to remove it before installing the air intake back

Sir jii deisel gaadi me deisel Puri tarah khatam hone par usme waps deisel dalte he to wo aasani se start nhi hoti....isliye kapde par petrol lga ke uske air filter pipe ke pass pakad rakh ke start Kiya jata hai.....gaadi start hote hii tezz Pressure ki wajah kapda hath se chutt gya hoga our ander kii or chla gyaa 100%.

यह किसी ने सर्विस करते वक़्त ऐअर इंटेक की पाइप में कपड़ा डाला होगा की सर्विस करते वक़्त धूल मिट्टी अंदर ना जाए। फिर जब उसने फ़िल्टर चेंज किया होगा, तो वो कपड़ा निकालना भूला होगा और ऐसे ही गाड़ी दे दी होगी बिना टेस्ट किए।

Mere time pe bhi eisa hua tha, Mistry ne air filter set pura baahar nikal Diya tha aur engin oil bharne ke baad kapde se clean kerke kapda wahin chhod Diya tha, fhir under baith ke gaadi start karke check karne laga, jiski wajah se engin pe rakha kapda halka sa under ghus gaya, meri Nazar padte hi mene us kapde ko jaldi se nikal diya.

Gadi ka jab diesel khatam hotha hai tho tab gadi diesel airlock hothi hai jab Mechnaic petrol ko khapde me dal kar air filter ke intake line me rakh kar. gadi start karthe hai tho us case me shayad vo kapda Bhulgaye ho😊

I think that someone had intentionally put the piece of cloth into the turbocharger so that he won't buy the car or had a check up at the nearby car workshop ultimately it's a setup.

Jo hua hai yeh hai - gaadi bahut time se khadi thi. AIR Filter saaf karne ke liye air filter nikale, phir filter box ka dhakkan disconenct kiye, aur saaf karte karte galti se kapda andhar reh gaya.Engine blowby hose disconnect tha which means kisine air filter outlet hose Khola tha

Good diagnosis!! But turbo is not gonna last as compressor blades are bent and this will create imbalance.Since turbo turns at really high RPMs and even small imbalance will damage it quickly.Unfortunately it looks like, customer is gonna need new turbo soon.
