On your website you only have 2001 to 2005 bulbs. Not 2005 to 2012.

No, it is typically not necessary to remove the bumper to access the headlamps. You can typically access through the engine bay, or the wheel well.

Just got mine in the mail. It is only low beams, high beams are a separate bulb, as are the fog lights. High beams and running lights use the same bulb

My husband had some LED high and low beam lights installed about a month ago on my 2012 Rav4. I love it. I can see much better as the lights are more white and bright rather than yellowish and dull. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the lights he purchased weren't compatible with the daytime running lights and I no longer have that. I'm not sure what brand he purchased. If anyone have any suggestions on what to do about this I'd appreciate it.

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, certain model LEDs (cheaper brands, typically) are not compatible with the DRL system, and will disable this. Our LED kits will not affect the DRL. Upgrading the high beam on the Rav4 will also upgrade the DRLs to LED without any issues.

@@PrecisionLED With normal headlights, I keep them on all the time and (never just run daytime running lights), This also keeps my tail lights on all the time too. I just keep the headlight control in the position to turn off automatically after doors are locked and key removed. Never have to remember to turn off and I have lights running both daytime and night. Hope this helps.

We have the highest quality LEDs on the market, which we back with a lifetime warranty. We do expect the LEDs to last the lifetime of the vehicle. However, if there are any issues with the LEDs at all, we are happy to send out replacements.

I'm curious how well it works because the stock headlights on the 2012 RAV4 are not projector type headlights. I would think that LED would actually be worse no? Has anyone tried this on thier stock headlights and how was thier experience?

Are you referring to glare? If so, there are many factors and many upgrades to headlight housings over the years that help mitigate any glare to oncoming drivers. It is more or less the color of the light which causes distraction and not the actual brightness intensity itself. If you notice, the most distracting lights to see on the road are the blue HID lights which cause a lot of glare for the human eye, whereas you probably never noticed the 6000K or 8000K lights on the road because they are more natural to the human eye.

In addition these LED headlights are *NOT* designed to sit behind a magnified lens (projector) they are designed to sit in a normal headlight assembly. They work exactly like a regular bulb only the light is much more white, requires much less power and produces much less heat, about 600 degrees F less

Does the rav4 2011 needs canbus to install led on headlights??

It is ALWAYS a good idea to install Canbus products on your vehicle to ensure you do not experience any dash errors or other issues with your LEDs. We only sell Premium Canbus LED products.

The DRL will not affect the LEDs, as they will run at 50% power and dim, exactly as your halogens do.

Yes, our LED components are small enough so that you are able to tuck everything inside of the housing and place the dust cover over everything for a nice, clean installation.

The installation process would be virtually identical to ask shown in the video. The only difference, if any, would be physically locating your bulb.

Our LEDs are weatherproof. We expect all of our LEDs to last the lifetime of the vehicle, which we back with a lifetime warranty.

@@PrecisionLED I mean the fan motor itself. It's exposed to moisture and dust in the engine compartment. I would think something like a high pressure car wash could get it pretty wet.
