Toyota Tacoma P0120 Throttle Position Sensor Circuit , high rpm and stalling , bad TPS Sensor 

1998 Toyota Tacoma 2.4L with over 300k miles intermittently setting a p0120 throttle position sensor circuit code, intermittent high idle and would also intermittently stall. Was able to catch the fault in the act on the Topdon Phoenix Smart and do some tests to confirm the problem was the throttle position sensor.
