Thank you 🙏🏾. Just replaced a clutch a used your method to recalibrate the gearbox. At the end you hear the gear box calibrating for about 20 seconds and been all good ever since. Regards

Hi My car is a Toyota yaris d4d It’s 2006 and has done 112 thousand miles. Never spent any money on it just regular service and MOT. This week the car drives fine then slows down then only Revs when putting my foot on accelerator. One garage said nothing showing on the diagnostics. The other garage says it’s saying clutch issue. What did you advise. They say it’s the clutch actuator.

Hi vak Very nice to meet you and admire your expertise I have a problem with my Peugeot 107 mmt . Clutch actuator is fine and gear actuator is fine and the car initialises and drives, changes all gears but when I slow does it disengage gears and I will have to move the gear from E to N and then E to drive again And N is not showing on dash or any other gears It’s like the clutch is not engaging properly Is this a gear box ECU problem ? Hi thanks for this video i have my Yaris 1.4 d4d mmt car that gets stuck on N before it used to do it a few times but now it doesn't want to unlock i checked the position sensor it ok and also the harness i tried this method but it doesn't want to work i can't hear a bell i want to buy a diagnostic box to try to diagnose is otc good? Hi, I have a Toyota Yaris 2008 TR 1296 cc semi-auto car. When it’s in the auto mode (E) I’ve noticed that gears are not changing according to the speed. When in lower speeds, gear is not going to reduce and it’s stays at a higher gear. i.e. When in 20 mph it’s in 4th gear. Because of this problem sometimes engine revs. Also if I had to come for a complete stop and then if I start again, gears aren’t increasing properly like it’s going to 3rd gear but still in a lower speed and also it’s slowing down the traffic behind me. Could any one explain me the reason behind this, please? What do I need to do? Is it just normal for this model? It’s working fine in Es mode. I even changed gear oil recently. But the problem is still there. Thanks in advance.

@@vak_service thank mate. I already know that my car clutch actuator is problematic because sometimes the ⚙️ sign comes on meter and N sign starts blinking. Thenni have to switch off the car for few seconds and then turn it on. Now i am confused that should i get the actuator new from ebay or get the same one repaired. And after this will the gear shifting will get smooth or not.

@@user-kp4vv3tz3b Don't do until you will got the trouble code. All problems making - car stop N blinking, even small wire can do this problem. First check for trouble code. If it code 35 - yes it's about clutch actuator, but don't buy chinese it not working. I have original refurbished for exchange.

Hello, Today i replaced the kit with ballbearings, new grease and MMT doesn't works. I made what you show us and after all learnings the N doesn't appear. I mention that before replacing i had p8010 code and aleator the MMT remain in N position and flash the red cyrcle from gearbox. Why don't appear N? The red cyrcle from gearbox flash 35/35.

I resorved the problem with my MMT transmission. I replaced the complete kit, because the clutch disc was used, and the actuator not can't to make the learning. Everything works fine! Thank you very much for your support! A real man!

Hello. N not appear because the learning fault, the reason can be or still clutch actuator not good, or not installed right, or the clutch not good. Do this: remove clutch actuator - remove electrical motor - by screwdriver turn that the shaft on clutch actuator will go to outside maximum - install back motor - install back clutch actuator back with no gap to clutch fork - do learning again.
