[January 10, 1986] This episode supposed to be aired January 3 however it was switched to the following week because of the plug for the revival of Card Sharks with Bob Eubanks.
S/N: This was the first instance of the Martian Invasion showcase.

I loved the old showcases with the Department Store and the Martians. They were so much fun to watch.

Air Date Friday January 10th, 1986. Rod Roddy's return after his mishap blunder as interim announcer. He would later get full-time announcer's job a month after Rich Jeffries & Bob Hilton tried out for their audition.

This had to be among the last department store showcases right? See I didn't mind this theme of a showcase. And I like the Martian Showcase -- I didn't like the Johnny era skits with all the acting and improv. It was just too cringy.
