I missed Superball so much. I loved that game so much. Too bad that they retired it. It was far better than some of the pricing games which they have now with Drew Carey.

Gene was wrong for TPiR, but I do love hearing Gene's Boston accent come through :)

I think Bob Hilton or Rod Roddy, either one of these announcers would have been a fit for TPIR.

Gene's calmed down a bit from the previous episode.

Rod Roddy and Gene Wood were probably the best two of the auditions, Rod was also announcing Press Your Luck from 1983-86, having previously been the announcer on the sitcom Soap and on game shows such as Whew and Hit Man, and Gene was no stranger to Goodson-Todman game shows having announced on Family Feud, Card Sharks, Classic Concentration, Super Password, Password Plus, Body Language, Tattletales, Double Dare.

If Super Ball gets a reboot, My way of the prizes are: Door #1: Any prize (Electronics, Furniture, etc.) Door #2: Trip/Vacation Door #3: Car/Truck/SUV
