I just had the pleasure of seeing Trace live for the first time. There was a vet in the audience, in the front row. The way Trace just paid homage to him, was so moving, it brought me and my daughter to tears. My dad was a vet, we just lost him a little over a year ago, and he always like when the vets were honored for their service. Trace is the real deal for sure and the whole place gave that act of kindness a standing ovation. He has a great show, and rocked out The Ridgefield Playhouse. God Bless you Trace.❤️😘🌹

I am a black guy from the Bahamas who went to university in the south where I fell in love with country music. Friends wrinkle their faces all the time when I start singing a 90s hit. This song came out and finally explained why I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC! #ThankYouTrace

Me and my youngest son and his wife had tickets to come so I could see you in person once in my life September 2022 in Fairfield,Iowa. But I was so sick I wasn't able to come and see you. I paid 100.00 for my ticket to help with gas. But I couldn't pull myself together so I could come. And my son and his wife gave the tickets to her brother and he took 2 of his friends to the concert. I was so broken hearted that I couldn't come. But 1 of his friends videoed as many of your songs as he could and my daughter in law sent them to me. But it's still not the same. I just wanted to see you in life once. I love you Trace and I always will. ☺😘❤😘😊💞☺ You are absolutely amazing!!!!! And I'll love watching your videos until I'm no longer in this world. I really hate most country, but as a musician I have to respect the talent that this guy has. He's probably my favorite country artist. He keeps true to country and typically has meaningful songs.

I agree with this song fully. All of my friends who don't like country don't know a thing about it. Some of the country songs out there are very similar to some of the songs they listen to. These are all just songs about me and who I am, and songs about loving and living and everything else. Country is just so diverse that everyone can find a song they like if they just give it a chance.

This is a song about the American way and the things as he describes. Some of the politicians want to take those things away from us but they will never prevail as we have those great things such as those good hearted women, family and God. One thing I love about concert footage is seeing those people in the audience having such a good time.
