In terms of how long should you use the playlist for, you will constantly need to keep doing it to see better and better results as progress is not linear. (Not a matter of days or weeks but a new habit) If you mean how long until you can move to the hard playlist, try whenever. If it feels too hard don’t do it. The medium is extremely beneficial even for the best aimers. Personally I use the playlist and other reactive scenarios before playing ow2 every single time. Good luck
