That whole thing is a act, no one is going to know him by those hand motions, they are done so that you can't really see his posture and gait. The phone stays in that right hand up at the head, he does not need to keep it busy and look a fool or he does have a visible disability that could be picked up on. Exaggerated actions while on the phone (invisible to the other person) are kind of normal. He's looking over flamboyant. look for a guy with no right hand.
its been awhile since ive seen a bank robber get a nickname.. i feel like that ended when the economy recovered from the Great Recession.. i feel like serial bank robbers become more common just before or during times of economic recession. i wonder if this guy has a record of doing this, or if he is just a middled aged guy that found himself in over his head in a financial situation and went to the last resort option..
