Tractor and Truck pulling wild rides, wrecks, fires and mishaps from pulls across the United States from 2022! Video by Hooked Up Pulling Productions hookeduppullingproductions.ze... / hookeduppullingproduct...
I have some questions. Why did they have some so little wheel on the front?? Why did they turn the steering during the front wheels are in the air?? If somebody can explain, i will apreciate.
The front wheels are up in the air so they don't need anything special for front tires. Just something to get them to drive on and off the track. As for steering with the front wheels in the air, it's just a habit and a bad one at that. When you start going toward one boundary line it's just habit to try steering back. They actually steer the track with independent brakes on each of the rear tires. Usually we see mishaps happen when the front wheels come up and they try turning the wheels and when they come down it shoots them back the other way and disrupts the pulling vehicle.
The guys who have those fire extinguishers(?), need to have those things ready to go in case of a fire, instead of messing with the damn thing and hope that it works before it's too late.
Why oh why do they not put white tape on the steering wheel that would indicate that the front wheels are parallel. As after all the course is straight. So many times the pullers land with front wheels pointing where they shouldn’t.
Why did you click on the video of a bunch of high priced hot rod tractors blowing up if you didn’t want to see a bunch of high priced hot rod tractors blowing up?
I might add... Have you never been to a tractor-pull in your life..? If you have, then you know this is what can happen when trucks and tractors are pushed to their limits pulling a huge weight behind them...
