Really like the 8R's. The planter being able to do both corn/soybeans in one unit is a big advantage. Very nice planting team!!👍🏻😊

Why do they use wheel and front weights on the tractors? It cause soil compaction and higher fuel consuption. The 8Rs easy to handdle this size of planters without any ballast.

This farm runs some good hills, you have 600 gallon tank on the planter and it’s running fairly fast. This tractor is also for planting, grain carting, disking, wheat seeding and fall sub soiling.

Are all the tractor wheels between the corn rows that you don't get compaction on the corn rows?

Yes those are row crop duals to row between the rows.
