Sending temps have arrived!
I was debating whether or not to post this vid now or later but if you're like myself, then you have a hit list for the season. That season has begun and there's a good chance Co-ex is on that list.
Few tricky moves in the beginning (5.8ish) into great climbing ending with the very well protected crux sequence (which I felt was really only two moves). What more could you ask for? I noticed from the video later I missed (reached past) a crimper that would have added a move but may have made the crux a little easier.
Supposedly Co-ex is "the" test piece 5.10 of the Gunks. Honestly, I'm not sure how much I agree with that but I would definitely categorize it in with the top 3. If you're a budding 5.10 Gunks climber (a badge you should wear proudly), then I'd recommend "Co-Ex", "Welcome to the Gunks", and "Double-issima". Bonus points if you do all three in a day!
