I love the Trader Joe’s miniature ice cream cones. They are so cute and delicious and like 40 cal or something like that. The perfect little treat after dinner that isn’t a huge cheat
Do you massage your kale? That’s probably why you don’t like it in salads. Just chop it up and dress with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and massage it to make it tender.

100% Trader Joe’s sourdough bread! It’s absolutely perfect for avocado toast. And yes, I buy the 6 ct bag of avocados from Costco and let them ripe on the counter in a fruit bowl then I put them in the fridge, they last for so long. I usually eat avocado toast on my days off so I only eat twice a week. Plus we get the everything bagel seasoning, coconut aminos, unsalted cashews and organic pitted dates. So good! 🤗
I always buy sunbutter chocolate cups in the minis and the 2packs-my hubby loves the fancy mixed nuts and the grain free granola in the purple package. And we love their coconut aminos.
I would love to see you do other grocery hauls. A few of my favorite things from TJ’s are the TJ Organic Applesauce. It has so much flavor- closest to homemade I have ever found; low sodium soups that come in a carton, the TJ’s golden balsamic vinegar, and Gingermints in the tin at the checkout counter.
I love the dark chocolate peanut butter cups at Trader Joe’s! There’s just something about them and I always have to get them. I also usually buy the garlic chicken sausages to have for quick and easy dinners!
Everytime I go to TJ, I get a bag of Cruciferous Crunch Collection salad mix. It has kale, brussels sprouts, broccoli, green cabbage, and red cabbage in it and its all finely chopped for a great chopped salad with lots of nutritional benefits. I add fetta cheese, olives, salami, oil and red wine vinaigrette. its amazing!
TJ’s has the BEST aged balsamic vinegar. I buy 2 bottles to stock up every time. It is great for dressings or cooking and also on avocado toast. And it doesn’t have “caramel coloring” like a lot of other balsamics - its color comes naturally! My daughter also LOVES their soup dumplings. She’s 11 and can prep them herself in the microwave for lunch or a snack!

Their Japanese Fried Rice is great! *slightly* sweet but amazingly savory & great texture. ALSO their Mexican Style Roasted Corn w/ cotija cheese is a side staple for tacos 🌮
If you have a wild fork near you they’ll have the frozen ginger, garlic, and other ones. So convenient! I love TJs vodka sauce for pasta, soo good! & if you haven’t tried their pomegranate poptarts, delicious!
Yes! Love these hauls! I have had favorites discontinued. I used to love frozen eggplant cutlets, salted edamame, soy, and flaxseed tortilla chips. I love their honey crisp apples - just the right size, salsa, Two Buck Chuck Merlot. I love the dark chocolate marshmallow candies, dark chocolate 100 calorie bars, pear champagne vinaigrette, chicken wonton, salmon patties, dips, pita chips, chicken sausage. Dryer balls (not to eat). I have tried a few of their beauty products. I have not been in so long.
I just discovered that Trader Joe’s has Jicama wraps! They are really good if you’re having a low carb night and especially since you like crunch. A lot of people aren’t familiar with jicama but it’s a root veggie that taste like an apple and a potato had a baby 😂🤣.
The absolute BEST granola is the Purely Elizabeth Original Sweet and Salty Granola. It uses ancient grains and quinoa and is so amazingly crunchy and sweet and salty- plus it’s big clusters which is my preferred type of granola.
I am obsessed with Trader Joe’s! I always have the chicken soup dumplings on stock! And you put me on to the harvest blend like four years ago now I think 😂
I always get Trader Joe’s cauliflower pizza crust, they are perfect personal size for a very quick ‘meal prep’ for work and have a good protein vs calories ratio.
Trader Joe’s sweet and hot jalapeños! My whole extended family is obsessed with these! I add them to everything! In the summertime, they have pineapple sparkling water that is amazing! Not the one with pineapple juice, but the one similar to a la croix.
I love the store hauls so I can see what real adults buy. lol My husband is such a picky eater that it looks like we're shopping for kids even though it's just the two of us. So frustrating! I'm oddly envious of anyone buying all the adult things.
Every time we go to TJs we get the Cheese Filled Fiocchetti with Pink Sauce and also the White Cheddar Corn Puffs, the Wasabi Seaweed, Meditteranean Style Orzo Pasta Salad, Ghost Pepper Chips, Cookie Butter Ice Cream (and if it's Summertime I ALWAYS get the Ube Ice Cream!)
I work at TJ's and my favorite product is the frozen lasagna (not the refrigerated one, it's not as good)! That with a salad makes the perfect dinner for us, and we have leftovers. For dessert, it's got to be the Coffee Blast ice cream.
As a pescatarian, I love their selection of things like mushroom broth to use in soups. I also love the crunchy chili onion oil. It’s great on salmon. I also recommend their salmon rub.

Love a good grocery haul! (A TJ haul is actually what brought me to your channel years ago!) We go to Trader Joe’s a few times a year and always have to pick up a few bags of frozen falafel and a tub of chocolate chip cookie dunkers 😋
I always have the frozen pork belly from TJ in my freezer. Goes well with their fried rice. OMG! I can't believe Felicity is going to be two! Time sure flies.
I love the TJs Unexpected Cheddar Cheese, and the frozen Mini Chicken Tacos! So good! And fresh flowers, always unique colors and varieties and resonably priced.
Purely Elizabeth is a good brand for granola plus they use coconut sugar or other lower glycemic index sugars. Costco has a blueberry keto granola and it's so good, very low sugar as well. As far as trader Joe's goes, I always get their coconut smoothie which is just coconut meat and coconut water, we love their habanero salsa and their creamy jalapeno one, the green goddess dressing is yummy and healthy, their grass fed organic whole milk for the kids is a must, everything but the bagel seasoning, we always have their turkey corn dogs, orange chicken, and chicken fried rice but there are so so many good things that we constantly get.
I usually make my own granola but when I’m not in the mood I purchase the Purely Elizabeth brand……clean ingredients and lower in sugar, the crunch and flavor is spot on!
I cannot leave TJs without a box of their frozen organic silver dollar pancakes!!!!! Perfect for teething babies, hungry toddlers, late night snacking adults! You can’t lose!
If you like blueberries, the Trader Joe’s, wild frozen blueberries are my absolute favorite. They’re very tiny, almost like huckleberries, and they taste so amazing.🫐
Have you tried putting those yogurt tubes in the freezer? My kids love them that way. A bit less messy when they’re super young too. I just run em under warm water for sec so they’re easier to push up.
I love their Onion Salt, 21 Seasoning Salute and Everything But the Bagel Seasonings and any of their dried fruits and nuts, and their floral section is the best!
I told my husband if he ever gets me flowers to please get them at Trader Joe’s because they are a fraction of the cost of everywhere else and usually look nicer (and I am super frugal so I appreciate him spending less! Haha)
I love Trader Joe’s! It’s normally a place I only make it to every once and awhile but when I do…. The fried rice, the crunchy chili onion olive oil and their peanut butter and jelly snack duos are always on my list!
