Hey there! I hope you don't mind me offering a pronunciation correction! Gyoza is pronounced "gee-yo-zuh" (hard "g") and you kinda slide into the second syllable from gee to yo, so it almost becomes one syllable together. I know because I order them from a local japanese restaurant quite frequently and have been corrected by the staff there before lol

That chili oil is my fav

I tried those spaghetti noodles...did not taste good at all to me. I found rice penne at the asian store tasted a lot better.

what do you eat the oysters with? rice? Is the oyster the main dish?
