Trading Silver for Gold is the second video I share where I explain how I traded various amounts of generic silver for gold coins. While prices for silver and gold have been relatively flat and even dropping (at least spot price) the demand for physical metals has been unbelievable. The premiums are staying high, no doubt because stackers new and old are addicted to buying physical metals and just can't stop! Oh, and I suppose there's that pesky money printing we always hear about.
i really don't look too much into the reasons behind why metals do what they do. I prefer to focus on why people do what they do, because when you understand people, it helps you understand certain aspects of the market and what you can do to take advantage of buying and selling or trading metals.
In this video I traded an average of 67 ounces of generic silver for each ounce of gold. I obtained the following: 1 Krugerrand, 1 American Gold Eagle, 1 American Buffalo, 1 Canadian Maple, 3 Australian Kangaroos, all on 1 oz weights for a total of 7 ounces to add to my stack. Adding that to my previous total, I have traded silver for 11 ounces of gold!
