Is it me or is Lyft and Uber throwing ALL rides out as a free for all. Like seeing "The Lowest Bidder Wins?" Located in Sacramento & San Francisco.

My first rider of the day, said I was the 4th person to accept the ride... Pay still sucked, but I had a reservation so I just took it. It does seem that way... I get more radar requests, and I'll see trips come up to me as a request a few times with no increase... In fact I had one ride come up as a comfort 3 seconds later comes up as a regular declined both...
