Made this for the family tonight and it was a hit! Arranged it on a huge platter and served dressing separate (so leftovers don't get soggy). So pretty! The dressing was spot on ... I mixed mine with an immersion blender and it came out (and stayed) perfectly emulsified. We chatted about the history of this salad and other famous dishes at dinner. Next time, Waldorf Salad! Perfection again. The dressing was delicious. I followed the hard boiled egg instruction video and my egg was perfect. I was too lazy to pull out the blender so I chopped the garlic and mixed the dressing in a jar. It was delicious. Home run again Chef!!!

I find as I have gotten a little older the more you respect the ingredients and keep it simple and focus on quality and a fresh approach. Most of the time your eating pretty good
FYI strain your bacon grease thru a coffee filter. This will help your bacon grease last longer than you will! Well maybe not that long lol. Salad looks great!
Great recipe, but for the salad dressing what is the second oil mentioned at 1:24 I cannot make out what is said. Sounds like salf-lour oil?? Maybe sunflower oil??
