Hi Clauss, thank you for visiting my channel🙌💓This is the way we make it in Finland and that is where I have the recipe from. It is nothing like the traditional blueberry pie. I actually made this one with frozen blueberries as that is the only way to have wild blueberries where I live now. And I prefer to use wild blueberries. Hi there, quark is a sour milk product. Usually you can find it in some Eastern European speciality shops. You can also substitute it with ricotta😊

Here is a bit about what it is en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_(dairy_product), but in short it is a dairy product similar to cream cheese. If you cannot get hold of quark you can also use light cream cheese instead :)
