Ingredients:
Split Chikpea (Daal Channa) 1/2 Cup
Daal Mash 1 cup
Daal Mong 1/2 cup
Onion 1 Large
Green Chilies 3-4
Ginger 2"
Garlic 1Pod
Salt To Taste
Red Chili Pdr 1/2tsp
Turmeric Pdr 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander Pdr 1 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves 1sprig
Kasuri Meethi 1 tsp
Method:
Soak the pulses for 2 hrs grind them in mixer jar add all other spices also grind onion ginger etc ,mix in the batter mix well with hand take a half cup tap water drop a chunk in the water if it submerge keep it mixing till the small chunk floats (This is check that the batter has risen).
In sun lay down a muslin cloth and take small portions of the batter and spread all over(Unluckily this portion has not been recorded) let it remain in the sun for 2 days.
collect them and store in jar can be used as long as 1 year.
