I have a Ranger, and a great hack is to use electrical shrink tubing and put 2 layers on the right side clasp, then you can open and close it with your hands
We thought about getting the Ranger recently when our Pit Boss went up in flames! We just didn't have the right space to make it work in our storage compartment! Alecia from @pavingnewpaths
Yeh so I watched a lot of RU-vid comparing the pit boss and the Traeger. every other pit-boss video the RU-vidr would point out the smoke coming out of the pellet side of the pit-boss which is scary that the smoke/heat can make it up the auger. Never had any smoke come out of our traeger's pellet side
