Spice Rub
- Paprika, 1/2 C
- Brown Sugar, 1/4 C
- Garlic Powder, 2 tbsp.
- Onion Powder, 2 tbsp.
- Chili Powder, 1 tbsp.
- Cumin, 1 tbsp.
- Cayenne, 2 Tsp
- Salt, 1 tbsp.
- Pepper, 1 tbsp.
Basting Liquid
- Rib Rub, 1/4 C
- Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/2 C
- Water, 1/2 C
